Boulder County (Colo.) expense audits, clippings 1976-1977. 1976-1977.

Seven photocopied pages of newspaper articles pertaining to audits of Boulder County employee automobile use and expense accounts. Most of the articles are of the appointment of a special prosecutor to conduct a grand jury investigation into past expenditures of public money by County Commissioner Wally Toevs. He drove 32,254 miles on county business during a 13-month period in 1973 and 1974, 10,000 miles more than the other commissioners. The jury did not indict Toevs due to inadequate evidence.
